We are now strengthening our Sales team with a Client Director who thrives in leading complex, strategic dialogues and guide customers toward impactful, business-aligned learning initiatives.
Your Mission
As Client Director, your mission is to identify and win over organizations where learning and knowledge are central to growth, performance, and scalability. Instead of focusing on a single vertical, you’ll target a defined set of industries and business models where Learnster creates the most value – typically mid- to large-sized companies with:
- Distributed teams or partner networks
- Growing service or advisory organizations
- Regulatory demands and compliance complexity
- A strong need to align onboarding, up-skilling, and knowledge sharing with business goals
In these organizations, you’ll meet stakeholders who are looking for more than a system. They are looking for a long-term partner to help them orchestrate knowledge as a strategic capability
What You’ll Do
- Drive the full sales cycle – from proactive outreach to signed partnerships.
- Lead high-impact conversations with C-level, HR, Operations, and Business Unit leaders.
- Position Learnster as a strategic knowledge partner – not just another tech vendor.
- Build strong business cases that link learning initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
- Prioritize high-potential accounts using insights from our proven GTM playbooks.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to create momentum across the buyer journey.
You Might Be a Fit If You…
- Have 4–6+ years of experience in complex B2B SaaS sales.
- Are skilled in value-based selling and consultative dialogue – not just delivering presentations.
- Know how to guide customers from “learning need” to “business impact”.
- Thrive in conversations with HR and L&D, while always staying focused on the business case.
- Can confidently lead whiteboard sessions with C-level stakeholders – and ask the right questions.
- Are fluent in both Swedish and English.
We’re especially interested in candidates who:
- Have experience selling into people-driven organizations (e.g., advisory firms, service companies, regulated industries).
- Are passionate about organizational development, knowledge sharing, or business transformation.
- Combine strategic thinking with strong commercial drive.
