Once you’ve found a job opportunity that excites you, the journey toward a potential future with us begins. Depending on the role, our recruitment process generally includes the following steps.
Apply for the Job
Our application process is quick and easy. Simply apply through our career site, which takes only a few minutes to complete.
Hear from Us
If your profile aligns well with the position, we’ll invite you to an initial interview, either digitally or at our office. During this stage, you’ll get to know more about Learnster, the role, and the recruitment process.
Digital Assessment
As part of the process, you may be asked to complete a digital assessment to help us better understand your strengths and suitability for the role.
Interview
An additional interview may be held with relevant team members and stakeholders, including the hiring manager. This stage provides a deeper understanding of the role and expectations.
Work Assignment
You may be asked to complete a work assignment tailored to the position. The specific assignment will vary depending on the role.
Reference & Background check
Toward the end of the process, we’ll request references and perform a background check to confirm your qualifications and experience.
Offer
If you are selected as the final candidate and choose to continue your career journey with us, we’ll present a formal offer, including a contract detailing the position and compensation.
