We’re looking for a strategic, business-driven sales executive who wants to lead high-impact executive conversations, influence real customer transformation, and help shape Learnster’s continued growth journey – working across mid-market and selected enterprise accounts.

Your Role – Account Executive at Learnster
As Account Executive, you’ll identify and close strategic partnerships with scaling mid-market organizations and selected sub enterprise customers where learning is a key driver of growth, performance, and scalability.
You’ll focus on industries where Learnster creates strong business value, including:
• Distributed teams or partner networks
• Service-based or advisory businesses
• Regulated environments with complex knowledge requirements
• Organizations seeking to align onboarding, upskilling, and knowledge sharing with business goals
In This Role, You Will
• Own the full sales cycle – from proactive outreach to signed partnerships
• Lead consultative, high-impact dialogues with C-level, HR, and business leaders
• Position Learnster as a strategic knowledge partner – not just another tech vendor
• Build strong business cases connecting learning initiatives to measurable outcomes
• Work across mid-market and sub enterprise opportunities, prioritizing high-potential accounts
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to drive momentum
This Could Be You If You…
• Have 3–5+ years of experience in complex B2B sales (SaaS)
• Thrive in value-based, consultative selling – not transactional volume sales
• Know how to connect learning needs to business and commercial results
• Are comfortable engaging both HR/L&D and senior business stakeholders
• Enjoy owning deals end-to-end and shaping how you win
• Are fluent in both Swedish and English
Bonus Points If You…
• Have sold into mid-market and/or enterprise organizations
• Have experience in service companies, consultancies, or regulated industries
• Are curious about organizational development, knowledge sharing, or transformation
• Combine strategic thinking with strong commercial drive
