Job description:

As a Product Manager, your mission is to ensure we create products that tackle real-world learning challenges and that our customers love. Your role will be to transform ideas into impactful features that make learning easier, more engaging, and more effective.

You’ll work closely with a talented team of developers and designers, bringing your own ideas and energy to the mix. Additionally, you’ll partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams, actively gathering feedback from customers to keep us on the right track.

This role is about making smart decisions — from balancing immediate priorities with long-term goals or coming up with new ways to enhance the learning experience!

Your role will include:

• Plan and Prioritize: Work with the team to create a clear roadmap for our platform’s future.
• Understand Our Customers: Learn what they need and what challenges they face, so we build solutions that matter.
• Drive Innovation: Design features that motivate people and help them learn effectively.
• Collaborate: Work with marketing, sales, and customer success to gather feedback and ideas.
• Support the Team: Help developers plan, scope and focus on the right things.
• Keep Things Moving: Make sure we hit our goals and improve our processes as we grow.
• Be a Product Expert: Share your knowledge with the team and support other departments when needed.

To thrive in this role you have:

• Experience: 4+ years in product development or relevant product/project management roles, ideally working with SaaS platforms or products and possibly within edtech/learning.
• Curiosity: A strong interest in how businesses work and how learning can make them better. 
• Self leadership: You have a talent for turning ideas or needs into concrete development initiatives or projects. Being able to translate vision and opportunity into action is highly valued in this role.
• Technical Interest: You don’t need to code, but you enjoy learning about how things work under the hood. 
• An agile mindset: An agile mindset, with a passion for optimizing ways of working through learning. 
• Passion for Learning: An interest in learning, psychology, or motivation is a big plus.
• English Fluency: You’re comfortable working in English every day.
• You’re based in or near Stockholm.

It is also an advantage if you:

• You speak fluent Swedish.
• You’ve worked with distributed teams in the past.
• You have experience with SaaS or a background in development or DevOps.
