Job description
As a Client Director you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's client base and driving significant revenue growth. You will also maintain and enhance relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring their continued satisfaction and exploring opportunities for account expansion.
We expect you to be a self starter, with a strong drive and interest in client interactions. The role requires a strategic approach to identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and develop tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
You are expected to take responsibility for, and ownership of, a annual sales quota of approx. 5 MSEK in net new revenue.
Your role will mainly include
- Prospecting: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and business challenges.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, focusing on creating new revenue opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring opportunities for account growth.
- Negotiate agreements of own deals: Negotiate and sign contracts with customers and secure hand over to Customer Success.
- Keep records of own sales fulfillment and data reporting: To continuously work and keep the CRM system updated at company, contact and deal level. Also work efficiently with templates, sequences and reporting.
To thrive in this role you have
Educational Background:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field or relevant experience.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a sales, business development, or account management role, with a proven track record in new client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Experience in managing and growing key accounts, with a focus on both client retention and expansion.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing deals, preferably in a similar industry or market. Preferably SaaS B2B in HR Tech.
